*Peak Season runs from Memorial Day weekend through the end of the third weekend of August. Peak rates also apply during Labor Day Weekend. Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year's weeks have special holiday rates from $1895/night.
**If you need a few days to collect deposit funds from members of your family/group but don't want to lose your desired dates, then we can temporarily hold your reservation with a signed rental agreement and only $500 down. The due date for the rest of your 30% deposit will be 14 calendar days from when you pay the initial $500. Should you cancel your booking during those 14 days, however, the $500 then becomes non-refundable. (As long as you complete your 30% deposit, your full down payment then becomes refundable subject to our standard 90 day policy).
***There is a fully refundable $1500 security/damage deposit due two weeks prior to check-in. Most guests never actual "pay" this; Instead, they simply have us place a temporary $1500 hold on a credit card and then release that hold a few days after they've checked out. (Similar to renting a car....)
First, check our reservation calendar to make sure your dates are available. If they are available, then you can either book right here on our site or contact Orlando Area Luxury Rentals directly at 352-978-8730. Once you've booked and made your 30% deposit, you'll be emailed a rental agreement to finalize your reservation. *If you're dates are not available, we suggest you also try our two "sister" properties: The Ever After Estate and The Sweet Escape.

Professional chefs can cater meals ranging from simple poolside barbecues to elaborate multi-course gourmet feasts. Dinner rates tend to run from about $20-$30 per person depending on your menu selections and frequency of service. Breakfast/lunch packages often cost less. We only refer chefs who have done great work for our guests in the past. Contact us for an up-to-date list.
South Seas Co. puts on wild Hawaiian luau dinner shows poolside. Their work is every bit as elaborate as anything you'd see at one of the theme parks or theme park hotels but the magic of having it performed for your own family or group exclusively is absolutely unforgettable. Luaus include food, decor, hula dancers, servers, music, and even a fire dance/stunt show! Ceremonial pig roasts are optional. Prior to your arrival, we can have a local service stock the refrigerators and the pantry with almost any grocery items you want! The fee is just $55 plus the cost of groceries (very short grocery lists are often less). You can send your shopping list up to 48 hours prior to check-in.

We recommend local Crossfit guru, Phil Green, who is available to either train you personally--or have his staff train you---at The Great Escape. Rates For Weddings
If you choose to have your wedding on-site during your stay at The Great Escape Lakeside, there is an event fee of $2495. This fee is waived if you stay 7 or more nights.
